State Age Entries Information
State Age SC entries are due by Friday 7 August no late entries will be accepted. Please complete cards in full with accurate times, date of achievement and place of carnival entered on the card. The cost of an individual entry is $12. Pease make a cheque out payable to Willoughby Swim Club and place with your card in an envelope addressed to the Race Secretary. All monies must be paid at the time of entry and placed in the box at Willoughby Leisure Centre. Programs and qualifying times can be found on the NSW Swimming website.
