Below is the program for the three Northern Suburbs meets held at SOPAC on the dates and times in the programs.

All cards must be handed to Regina for the three meets (all three on the one card) by Friday, 2oth October, 2006. Individual events are $3.50 and money must be handed in with the cards. Relays are paid for by the club and individuals are chosen to swim in the relays by the Coach. Please do not enter the relays on your cards. Only individual events should be put on them.
